Each facility is N+1 carrier-grade, strategically located in optimal locations and feature a range of power, flood, fire and intrusion protection systems.

We have 99.99% SLA's with each facility to ensure availability, uptime and integrity for our customers.

Power Features

  • N+1 redundancy on power supply
  • Mains power supplied by 2x33kV dedicated incomers
  • Power and cooling are supported by up to 22 rotary UPS units
  • Onsite diesel tanks (360,000 litres) support a minimum of 24 hours backup power

Air Conditioning

  • N+1 resilience on chilled water cooling system
  • Constant temperature of 22° maintained at all times
  • Up to 7 chillers installed at roof level supply 4.5MW of cooling per chiller

Fire Detection and Suppression

  • Aspiratory analogue addressable fire detection system in all areas (smoke and heat) with manual break-glass units
  • Dry pipe sprinklers to technical space, sprinklers in corridors and selected plant rooms, with water ingress protection and monitoring
  • Dry risers to all floors
  • Smoke and gas clearance system

Facility Security

  • 24 hour onsite business premises controllers manned security
  • Access control using proximity card readers
  • Multiple CCTV cameras (interior and exterior)
  • Barrier controlled vehicle access

Server and Network Monitoring Features

A wide range of critical server sensors are constantly monitored and maintained in accordance with safe limits. Just some of the components that are monitored are:
