Personal Information Security

Data Information Security
Customers' files are protected using at least 128-bit Encryption before they leave customers' computers. Larger key sizes and other encryption algorithms widely considered as having equal or greater security may also be used. Customers' files are then stored in this encrypted state at CyberSecure's secure data centre.
Each customer gets an individual account and password. This means that each customer also gets a unique encryption key. This encryption key ensures that while a customer's data is securely stored at CyberSecure's data centre, only that customer has access to its data. In fact, even our most privileged CyberSecure systems administrators do not have the ability to decrypt customers' data.
CyberSecure's servers are installed in a purpose built data centre with 24 x 7 security, authorised access to enter the data-centre, locked servers with encrypted data and with power, fire and flood protection as key features to the high integrity data centre.
Amendments to Privacy Policy
CyberSecure may amend this Privacy Policy at any time.
If CyberSecure chooses to amend this Policy, it will inform customers of the amendments in writing 30 days before the amendment is taken into effect.
