Hardware-based Appliance Online Backup Solutions

CyberSecure's enterprise offsite backup products utilise a local CyberSecure hardware backup appliance, and combines deduplication technology with compression, cryptographic hashing and 256-bit AES encryption as a purpose built solution to fulfill corporate and enterprise BC (business continuity) and DR (disaster recovery) requirements.

Deduplication Technology

Included in the enterprise appliance versions of CyberSecure backup is deduplication technology. This technology greatly reduces the amount of storage capacity required by combining identical blocks of data, such that repeated data need not be stored multiple times.

Subfile Level Deduplication Technology

By only storing identical parts across files, we can efficiently store large amounts of similar data at maximum efficiency, reducing storage overheads and utilising the optimal capacity of the hardware.
