Best Practice Backup Procedures - (CyberSecure Advanced)

Prerequisites
- Best Practice must be installed already.
- CyberSecure ADVANCED must be installed already.
- All Windows® & SQL Server updates should be installed prior to following this tutorial.
Best practice stores all of its data encapsulated in the SQL database server, normally this is an MS-SQL database server.
To backup best practice through CyberSecure online backup:
- Open Best Practice as an administrator user
- Open the Setup -> Configuration menu item
- Click on the "Database" item
- Click on "Database browser"
- Enter password
- Click OK
- Open CyberSecure
- Click the Cog icon
- Click the Plus Icon to create a new backup set
- Choose MSSQL type backup set
- In the authentication section enter the Username as "BPSBackup" and the password as the one set up before Continue on with the rest of the MSSQL setup
- Control Panel -> Administrative tools -> Services
- Scroll down to "Microsoft SQL server (SERVERNAME)" and right click
- Choose "Properties"
- Click the 'log on' tab
- Click 'This account' and enter your current username's login
- Click OK and restart the service
