Problem

Client gets the following error on scheduled backup jobs: [java.lang.SecurityException] The system cannot find the path specified.

Cause

Backup service not able to access the NAS drive specified for the local backup.

Resolution

1. Change the local backup drive to a local drive not a network drive.
2. Disable the local backups.
3. Enter the username and password for a user who has access to the NAS drive in the scheduled service log on options.
